Choppy era un tímido niño, que tenía como gran amiga a Josefina, una cariñosa ballena.

Solo Choppy podía ver a Josefina, y la guardaba en un vaso de vidrio. Juntos vivían gratos momentos y entretenidas aventuras, donde Josefina le enseñaba diversas cosas de la vida, para que pudiera enfrentar las situaciones que lo asustaban y preocupaban.
